From IDSA Statute:
«3. IDSA members, their rights and obligations
3.1. Membership in IDSA is voluntary.
3.2. Individual member of IDSA can be citizen of Ukraine, citizens of other countries, persons without citizenship who reached the age of 18 years, who share objective, tasks and directions of IDSA activity, recognize this Statute, execute decisions of statute bodies of IDSA and support IDSA financially and intellectually.
3.3. Collective member of IDSA can be collective of unifications of dance organizations, collectives of the enterprises, establishments, organizations which share IDSA objectives, its statute tasks and promote activity of IDSA.
3.4. IDSA provisional member can be organization which promotes development of dance in the given country and is at the stage of legal registration.
3.5. The order of the inclusion into IDSA.
For inclusion and exclusion of individual member of IDSA is given the written application to IDSA Presidium.
For inclusion and exclusion of collective member of IDSA is given the written application and decision of managing body of collective on the name of IDSA Presidium.
Presidium has right to accept regulations about membership.
3.6. Individual IDSA members are approved by decision of IDSA General Meeting.
3.7. Honorable individual member of IDSA Presidium with the right to vote in IDSA Presidium and at IDSA General Meeting.
3.8. IDSA full members have right:
— to take part in activity of IDSA;
— to elect and be elite into supervising bodies of IDSA;
— to address to IDSA for protection of their rights and interests;
— to take part in all events of IDSA;
— to receive any information concerning activity of IDSA;
— to make offers into IDSA supervising bodies concerning its activity.
3.9. IDSA members are obliged:
— to actively promote activity of IDSA;
— to adhere requirements of IDSA Statute;
— to execute decisions of supervising bodies of IDSA;
— to execute all IDSA Regulations.
3.10. The discontinuance of membership in IDSA can take place on the basis of the application of a member or under the decision of IDSA Presidium, in case of numerous infringements of the Statute, default of decisions of IDSA supervising bodies, execution of actions directed on undermining of authority of IDSA.» |
